What is the warranty information?

Most of our vendors have lifetime electrical warranties and one year finish warranties. Some vendors do have full lifetime warranties which do cover all aspects of the product. Please check the product details on the product you are interested in to see manufacturer warranty information. Whether it be electrical, topical, or defective issues, we have full faith in our lighting specialists and manufacturers to find you the proper solution. The cost of this warranty ranges from $20-$200 and is based on the purchase price of the product being warrantied. Do you accept apple pay?

We do not accept apple pay currently. We accept all forms of major payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. We do not accept wire transfers, personal checks, or money orders currently. For any other payment inquiries or questions please call us at 954-757-9646.

Do I have to create an account to purchase from your company?

You do not have to create an account to purchase anything from our company. You can select “checkout as guest” when checking out. However, we do still require an email address and phone number so that we can properly follow up with you during the order process.

Do I pay sales tax?

Beautiful Things Lighting is required by certain states to charge sales tax on online orders. Sales tax will be automatically added to the shopping cart. We will not charge sales tax on orders which we are not required to do so.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if the items purchased have not been shipped from our store or the manufacturer. Simply LiveChat, call us at 954-757-9646, email us at [email protected], or contact us HERE. After you have submitted your request, you will soon receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request followed by another email confirming the cancellation request. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation of cancellation. If the product has already shipped before you have submitted the cancellation request, we will have to deny the request and then proceed to follow our return process. Some items that are custom made or built-to-order cannot be canceled.
